Built at the top of the hill, the two-story Villa Tria has an interior space of 100 sqm and an outdoor area of 80 sqm.

It has a pool measuring 24sqm, which is surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean, aromatic shrubs.

The outdoor area also features flower beds with pebbles and various flowers. The outdoor shower, made entirely of stone, is the work of a well-known Zakynthian artist.

In front of the pool there is a comfortable relaxation area with sunbeds, outdoor double bed, umbrella, pouf etc.

Entering the Villa, you see an elegant living room, simply and quality decorated to provide you with the comfort of a perfect stay, with a distinct feeling of carefree vacation.

Going up the stairs you reach the upper floor, which has two bedrooms and a fantastic view of the surrounding area.

The bedroom on your right has its own bathroom with shower, large window with unrestricted sea views, as well as a balcony door that leads to a charming terrace with breath-taking views of the location and the sea.

The bedroom on your left has its own bathroom, a lovely nice veranda which overlooks the age-old olive trees, and twin beds that can be combined into a double, with excellent quality mattresses.
